This is a language workbook developed during the GCED CDI Project in Philippines. It is meant to complement a GCED-based English lesson that equips upper-primary school students with the ability to discern the purpose of a text, using content on global issues as an example. Additionally, contextual information on global issues is provided as part of the in-class examples and activities.
