[Co-Curricular Project Teaching Module] Avoiding Food Waste, It's Time to Share (English ver.)

The module entitled "Avoiding Food Waste, It’s Time to Share" focuses on developing students’ awareness about their surroundings through avoiding food waste. Designed for primary school teachers, this module integrates Global Citizenship Education (GCED) in learning strategies to improve literacy and numeracy. The issues discussed in this module include food waste and its impact on climate change, the process of meal production, and family budgeting management. This module also presents several project activities such as interviews with farmers to develop students’ critical thinking, empathy as well as deepen the knowledge.
